Tibor Benkő: an agreement was reached on the establishment of a regional operational command in Hungary It is of paramount interest that in the framework of the meeting of the NATO Defence Ministers, Hungary signed a cooperation agreement with Slovenia, Croatia and Slovakia to establish the Regional Special Operations Component Command, R-SOCC – the Minister of Defence stated in the Brussels Headquarters on Thursday, 14th February.
